Laser Cutting Protective Lens Focus Lens Collimating Lens

Fiber laser cutting is generally used for medium- to high- power metal material cutting. The typical optical path transmission sequence is as follows: the laser beam is collimated and expanded into a parallel beam through a collimating lens, then focused onto the working position using a focusing lens. A protective lens is placed after the focusing lens to prevent splatter from damaging the focusing lens during the cutting process. Additionally, in an L-shaped cutting head, the collimated beam is deflected 90 degrees by a 45-degree reflective mirror before entering the focusing lens for precision cutting.
