Designed for streamlined metal prefabrication, our hydraulic ironworker centralizes six independent machining functions onto one compact frame to cut down repeated workpiece clamping and transfer time. Unlike scattered single-purpose metal cutters, this integrated hydraulic equipment synchronizes independent working stations to operate simultaneously without mutual interference, drastically boosting daily output for metal workshops.
All-in-one multi-station integrated design
This hydraulic ironworker integrates punching, flat plate shearing, angle steel cutting, channel steel cutting, bar cutting and V-notching. One machine replaces 4–6 separate metalworking machines and saves over 60% factory floor space.
Stable hydraulic system with overload pressure relief protection
Equipped with integrated hydraulic manifold block for steady cutting and punching force. The built-in safety valve automatically releases pressure under overload to protect the machine frame and molds from damage.
Optional CNC digital touch screen control
CNC version stores dozens of processing programs and supports automatic positioning baffles to guarantee consistent dimensional accuracy for mass orders. Standard pedal-button models offer lower investment for small-batch jobs.
High-rigidity stress-relief welded frame
The whole machine adopts thick steel plate integral welding and high-temperature stress relief annealing. It maintains stable machining precision for over 10 years under long-term heavy-load operation without frame deformation.
Quick-change wear-resistant alloy molds & blades
All punches and shear blades are made of high-hardness alloy steel with four reusable cutting edges. Mold replacement takes less than 30 seconds and produces smooth cutting surfaces with minimal burrs.
Customizable OEM & global export compatibility
