This 30kW heavy-duty gantry laser cutting machine is a professional customized processing equipment oriented to the shipbuilding and marine engineering industry. Note:
During air and nitrogen cutting of carbon steel and stainless steel, efficiency and stability will be improved, but as the thickness increases, slag formation is more likely to occur.
The above data parameters may vary during actual bulk cutting due to the influence of factors such as the machine tool, system, cutting head, air pressure, and materials.
The parameters marked in red in the table are proofing parameters, which are greatly influenced by various factors during actual processing and are only suitable for small batch production. Mass production is not recommended. It is recommended to use higher power lasers.
Red Copper needs to be cut with high-pressure oxygen, as air or nitrogen can easily cause damage to the laser.
